    On arrival the free car park is full, so have to pay for parking in a council run car park. Entering the building the reception desk wasn't manned, had to wait near enough 10 minutes before a member of staff showed up, after ringing the bell three times! Showed to the room, large enough, but very very dated. The floor is terrible, every step creaks so loudly I wouldn't be surprised if everyone staying there can hear you. It is uneven, like being on a sailing ship of old - no joke, you literally "roll" to the bathroom. Furniture is dated, the bed has to be the worst we've ever slept on. No support, and not only preventing you having a good night's sleep, but when you get up you are riddled with pain. The bathroom although having all you need is very pink and again dated. Not a cheap experience, time for Best Western to spend some of its money.
